*During busy shipping seasons, such as the holidays, standard shipments may take an extra 1-2 business days to arrive at their destination within Canada. Whenever possible, we always try to ensure that packages arrive in the timeliest matter possible! All packages will be marked for pick-up at your nearest courier outlet if not accepted at the time of delivery.

*Soft Landing Brand uses Canada Post and UPS to ship all Canadian orders. All orders shipping to a PO Box or rural area will be shipped via Canada Post and the 1-2 Business Day Express option may not be available for your location. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Unfortunately, Soft Landing Brand cannot request specified delivery times or instructions with our couriers, nor change the address or route of the package once it is in transit.

​How Will My Order Ship?

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. 

Import duties where applicable are included in the price of the item, so you won't have to worry about paying upon delivery.

Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?

  • Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

  • Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas. You will be notified of the surcharge upon entry of your postal code

Small Parcel

Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.

Deliveries will be completed by UPS or FedEx. Available shipping services will be noted in your shopping cart, but generally include:

2-Day Shipping

Your order will be promptly fulfilled and delivered within 2 business days.

Please note: Orders placed outside the time frame listed beside your shipping option will be shipped the next day. Also, deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Ground Shipping

Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 5-10 business days in transit for delivery.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. 

Tracking Packages

  1. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse. 

  2. If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order on the next page that you'd like to track items from. If the items you'd like to track have been shipped, the tracking information will be displayed for you here.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. Don't worry though, we're working on it and hope to bring international shipping to you soon!

Return Policy

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

A few items can’t be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)

Refund Options​

You can choose between a full refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping costs). We also offer pickup services for an additional fee.

Small Appliance Return Policy​

You can return a large appliance within 30 days of delivery as long as it hasn't been installed and is returned in the original packaging. In rare cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee.

When your appliance arrives, please take the following steps:

1) Check the box for damage.

2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once your appliance is installed, it can’t be returned.

Extended Holiday Return Policy​

You have until January 31 to return items purchased between November 1 and December 31.
